All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

We currently ship throughout Romania.

Romania: 3-5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
We currently ship throughout Romania.
Bucharest & Ilfov: Free shipping
All other location in Romania: 19 LEI fee per order
Order Tracking
If tracking is available, you will receive tracking details by email once your order has been shipped.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@montanu.com. Please include your order number and, where applicable, photographs of the damaged package or products so we can assist you promptly.
