Refund policy
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, customers may return eligible products within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@montanu.com and include your order number.
Return Conditions
Returned products must:
- Be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
- Be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
- Include proof of purchase.
Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, opened food products cannot be returned or refunded, unless they were delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return Shipping
Unless the product is damaged, defective, or delivered incorrectly, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Returns should only be sent after receiving return instructions from Montanu Distribution S.R.L.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@montanu.com, including photographs of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
